Private Yoga Sessions
 
Sure, doing yoga in a group is fun and motivating, but sometimes you need a little one on one time to take your practice to the next level.  A private session can help you learn to integrate yogic philosophy and principles into your daily life off the mat, develop a more consistent practice, or improve your alignment, strength, stability, and flexibility. If you're new to yoga you might benefit from having a teacher one on one to learn a safe and sustainable practice, or if you're a practiced veteran you may benefit from some fine tuning.  Integrating yoga into your daily routine is sure to bring greater freedom and ease to your life.
